DMCA & Copyright Policy

Hitmakr respects intellectual property rights. Users may only upload audio, lyrics, images, prompts, and other materials they own or are authorized to use. We respond to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.

Submit a Takedown Notice

Send notices to dmca@hitmakr.ai. Your notice should include:

• -Your physical or electronic signature.
• -Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• -The URL or enough detail for us to locate the allegedly infringing material.
• -Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• -A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized.
• -A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notification todmca@hitmakr.ai with:

• -Your physical or electronic signature.
• -Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
• -A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
• -Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
• -A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

Hitmakr may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights. We may also limit access to generation features when a project creates unresolved copyright or publicity-rights risk.
