Refund Policy

This policy covers token purchases, subscription billing, failed generations, and billing corrections for Hitmakr. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Token Purchases
Token purchases are final once payment is completed. If a generation fails because of a verified Hitmakr system error, the tokens used for that failed job are credited back automatically or after support review.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Provider or Content Rejections
If a provider rejects a prompt or upload because of safety, rights, or content-policy limits, refunds depend on whether Hitmakr can recover through fallback providers and whether tokens were consumed.
Duplicate Charges
If Stripe records a duplicate charge for the same purchase, contact support within 14 days so we can verify the payment records and correct the token balance or refund the duplicate payment.
How to Request Review
Email support@hitmakr.ai within 14 days of the charge or failed generation. Include your account email, Stripe receipt or checkout session if available, project ID, and a short description of what happened.
